1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement of consultation and related services from Astral Pavilion ("we", "us", "our"), a Singapore-based Chinese metaphysics consultancy. By booking or attending a consultation, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Our Services
Astral Pavilion provides consultations in BaZi destiny analysis, Qi Men Dun Jia strategy, Feng Shui assessment and adjustment, relationship guidance, date selection, rituals, and related Chinese metaphysics services. These services provide interpretive and metaphysical guidance based on traditional Chinese systems of analysis.
Our consultations do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. Where a matter requires such advice, we encourage clients to consult an appropriately licensed professional.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we provide our analysis and recommendations to the best of our professional knowledge and experience, outcomes and results may vary depending on individual circumstances, decisions made, the degree to which recommendations are implemented, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, financial results, relationship outcomes, or any other specific result from our consultations, remedies, or recommendations.
4. Booking & Payment
Consultations are typically booked via WhatsApp. Fees are as stated on our Services page at the time of booking, or as separately quoted (for example, Feng Shui Adjustment services, which are quoted after assessment). Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm a booking, as communicated at the time.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellation
We ask that clients provide as much notice as possible if a confirmed appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. Requests made with reasonable notice will generally be accommodated with a new appointment slot. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
The accuracy of our analysis depends significantly on the accuracy of information you provide (such as birth date, time, and place, or property details). Astral Pavilion is not responsible for inaccuracies in analysis that result from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during a consultation as confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Astral Pavilion unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astral Pavilion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or reliance on our recommendations. Our total liability in respect of any consultation shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific consultation.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
